At Chocolate Company Retail BV we prepare your order with the utmost care so you can treat yourself or a loved one to an amazing chocolate adventure. We also welcome any remarks or suggestions to improve the experience of our stores and website. With those remarks, we aim to make the chocolate adventure even more fun and exciting.

In the event that the delivery of your order did not work out as desired, please contact us as quickly as possible on shopservice@CHCOcompany.com or through the contact form on the website.

For all NON-food products, you have the right to cancel your order without reason until 14 days after receiptYou have again 14 days to return your product. You will receive the total amount, including shipping, credited to your account. Only the costs for the return to the shop are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, please ship the product with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us via shopservice@chcocompany.com. We will then refund the order amount within 14 days after receipt of your return.

Because of food safety reasons, we unfortunately can NOT accept returns of food products. We would however like to work on a solution for you if the order was not to your satisfaction.

 

Handmade products are not all exactly the same and we are proud of that.

Please keep in mind that our chocolate products are handmade, artisanal products. The delivered product can therefore be slightly different from the picture in the webshop. Our chefs try their best, but cooking with chocolate is an art, not science.
 

Delivery time

An order you place before 2PM will be prepared and shipped the same day. The delivery time depends on the shipping selection made during check-out.
 

Quality guarantee

Our products are prepared with the utmost care and are mostly labeled with an expiration date. For chocolate-orders, we guarantee quality for at least 2 to maximum 4 weeks after your order date. This is the result of the fact that we mostly use natural products for our fillings. If you would still have complaints about quality, please contact us as soon as possible. We would like to receive your query within a reasonable amount of time after order.
